About Us

Viktor was my grandfather, an amazing craftsman with impeccable standards for quality and integrity. He shared what he knew with me, and fostered my passion and talent for hunting and shooting.  By my late teens, I was building guns at Pete Hadar’s Cleveland Custom Gun Shop. 

 

I have never lost my passion for guns, shooting, and hunting. I do my best to live by the values that my grandfather taught to me, and to teach them to my own son. With my son, I’ve decided to honor Viktor’s legacy by providing an excellent product, and excellent service, with integrity.

I grew up listening to my father and grandparents share their memories about Viktor, my great grandfather. His skill and artistry are  evident in the many examples of craftsmanship that he left behind.  I wish I could have known him the way that my father did. His legacy is  important us.  

 

Honesty, craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and safety are top priorities. We promote and support safe and responsible gun ownership and use.  I’m proud of my family’s values and history, and I look forward to serving you.

OUR SHOP

In August, 2012 we opened our shop in Fairport Harbor, Ohio.

 

Viktor’s daughter, Vilma Majoros (Jim’s Mom, Jamey’s Grandma), cut the ribbon at our opening in September 2012. She was grateful to have lived long enough to cut the ribbon.

Our 2600 square foot facility is located at 1180 High Street behind the Fairport Harbor Fisheries Station.

 

This modern facility is fully equipped, insured, safe, and secure. We’ll take great care of you and your firearms!

 

OUR LOCATION

Our shop is located in the charming Village of Fairport Harbor, Ohio, on the Lake Erie shore, at the mouth of the Grand River. 

 

North of Viktor's Legacy, on High Street, you’ll find a light house and a great little beach! There’s also another lighthouse on the breakwater.
